I understand that consistent rehearsal attendance and independent practice may be required. I understand that dancers may be responsible for approved costume, transportation or participation costs. I agree to represent RK Dance respectfully and professionally. I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee selection for the team or an individual performance.

Applicants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Performance opportunities and rehearsal requirements may vary by event.
